- High Usage Alerts: Alerts are emailed mid-month if your business’ monthly usage is noticeably higher than last year’s usage.

When will my business get a Smart Meter?
Smart Meters are being install in the I&M territory over the next several years – 2020-2023. You will be notified when we are installing meters in your neighborhood.
How do I know if I have a Smart Meter?
Smart Meters (AMI) have a blue label while standard meters have a red label.
