Q:

What are the rules / qualifications?

A:

  • Must be an I&M residential customer.
  • You will need to set up an I&M Marketplace account. To verify you are an I&M customer, you will need to provide your 10 digit I&M billing account number and will be asked a few questions about your home.  
  • The products and rebates that you are eligible to receive are based on the Your Home Information which was provided when you set up your I&M Marketplace account, as well as previous participation in I&M rebate programs. Quantity limits may also apply.
  • The order will be shipped to the mailing address on your I&M account. If you have an out-of-state address (not Indiana or Michigan), the kit will be shipped to your service address.

Q:

What payment methods are available? Can I add to my energy bill?

A:

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your purchase cannot be added to your energy bill. A credit card must be used at checkout to make a purchase. The charge on your credit card will come from AM Conservation Group (AMCG).

Q:

Is there free shipping?

A:

There is free shipping for orders over $25, after rebates applied. For orders under $25, an $8 shipping rate applies.

Q:

Where will the order be mailed? Can it be mailed to my winter home in Florida?

A:

The kit will be sent to the mailing address on your I&M account. If you have an out-of-state address (not Indiana or Michigan), the kit will be sent to your service address. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If you have a forwarding request at USPS, you may be charged USPS forwarding fees.

Q:

When will my kit arrive?

A:

Your order ships via FedEx and should arrive within 2 weeks. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order ships.

Q:

Are my I&M account username and password the same as my I&M Marketplace login?

A:

No, you will need to create a new I&M Marketplace account with a separate username and password. If you have previously created an I&M Marketplace account but forgot your password, you can request an emailed password reset on the I&M Marketplace.

Q:

What if I forgot my password?

A:

Go to the I&M Marketplace and click the person icon in the top right corner > click the “Forgot password?” link.

Q:

Do I have to submit an application to get the rebates?

A:

No. The rebates are instantly applied at the point of sale. An application is not needed to get a rebate on the products in the I&M Marketplace.

Q:

Why can’t I get rebates or purchase some products?

A:

The products and rebates that you are eligible to receive are based on the Your Home Information which was provided when you set up your I&M Marketplace account, as well as previous participation in I&M rebate programs. Quantity limits may also apply.

Q:

Does I&M profit from the sale of these products?

A:

No. I&M does not profit from the retail sales revenue of the products on the I&M Marketplace.
