In addition to Energy Management tools, you are eligible to receive High Usage Alerts and Energy Reports to help you manage your business and budget.

  • High Usage Alerts: Alerts are sent mid-month if your business’s monthly usage is noticeably higher than last year’s usage.
  • Energy Reports: You will receive a monthly Energy Report that summarizes your business’s energy use. An optional weekly Energy Report is also available.

When will my business get a Smart Meter?

A:

Smart Meters are being install in the I&M territory over the next several years – 2020-2023. You will be notified when we are installing meters in your neighborhood.

Q:

How do I know if I have a Smart Meter?

A:

Smart Meters (AMI) have a blue label while standard meters have a red label.
